Updating Business Information on SiteSync

The most important thing to remember about making business name, address, phone number or hours changes on SiteSync is to make the change in ALL necessary areas. You may need to make the change on the Home page and the Contact Us page, or even in a Description text block - Check everywhere!

To make a business information change, navigate to the page(s) where the change is needed, click into the text box for the information you want to adjust and type the correct information.
 

NOTE: Changes are auto saved in the Editor, but you need to click Publish in the upper right-hand corner to push the changes live.

Name
Business names will typically need editing on the top of the Home page, and possibly on the Location or Contact Us pages.
 

Address
Address will typically need editing on the Location and Contact Us pages, as well as on the Map location marker.





Phone Number
Phone number will typically only need editing on the Contact Us page.



Hours

Hours will typically need editing on the Home and Contact Us pages.




 

Notify SinglePlatform:
Once you make the changes on SiteSync, be sure to contact SinglePlatform so we can update the business phone number on publisher sites that might need updating.
