Welcome to the SinglePlatform Portal. Your basic business information, menu or service list, announcements, and account insights all live in the Portal. Here’s a breakdown of key features that SinglePlatform has to offer.
You can log in to your SinglePlatform account any time by visiting SinglePlatform.com. Click “Login” in the upper righthand corner and enter your username (email address) and password.
Upon first logging in you’ll be brought to the menu editor. This is where you can add menus, remove menus, or edit existing menus. When you begin making changes, you will see Editing options appear at the top of the page:
After making any changes, you have the option to Save Draft, Discard Changes, Publish Now or Preview.
You can also use the Request Update Button in place of manually entering items or emailing them in.
Just upload a file or link to your new menu. You can choose whether you want to update a specific menu, all menus or add a new menu. Click Submit, and the new menu will be live within 24-48 hours. More menu updating info.

To get this live, you can contact us for activation within 24-48 hours, activate the site on your own with the given instructions, or send the information to your web developer. More mobile site info.
Also included is our web integration. This integrates your SinglePlatform menus into your website, blended seamlessly with the design, colors and fonts of your site. Integrating your website with us creates a one-stop-shop so that any updates made through SinglePlatform will automatically change on your website as well as our publisher network. Publisher Insights provides the full list of places your menu is available online through SinglePlatform. For the first 60 days, you will receive weekly emails updating you about where your menus have been added. More publisher listing info.
Our analytics suite is the place to go to see how SinglePlatform is working for you. First, Listing Views shows you the total of new and returning views to your menu across the web. Platforms & Devices shows how those views came in, and finally Recent Local Views shows exactly where potential customers were at the time they viewed your menu.
If you activate either of our free integrations mentioned above, Website Stats will show you the total number of views that your mobile site and website receive.
Leads and Conversions will show you the amount of calls made to your business through your SinglePlatform mobile site. Linking your social media adds your SinglePlatform menu to your Facebook page which updates along with all other publishers. You can also link Announcements to both Twitter and Facebook to make use of scheduled posts. More social media info.
Announcements are a great way to post daily specials, events, and holiday hours. Announcements appear on Facebook, Twitter, Google, Yahoo, your SinglePlatform mobile site, and your menu on your website. Real Time posts will appear instantly. If you want to schedule a post for a single future time, use the One Time Post. If you have events or specials that happen each week on a certain day, use the Weekly Recurring post. To access account information, click on My Business at the top of the page. You can edit or add users, and print or email monthly invoices from the Payment Info screen. More billing and account info.
