Once the publishers have ingested your menu or services content, when updates are made to your content in the SinglePlatform portal, it takes just 24-48 hours for your updated information to appear on publishers online.
If you submit a menu or services update, and after 48 hours, your menu or list of services is still not updated online, please contact our support team and we will investigate further.
