You can login to your SinglePlatform account to find your next billing date!
- Login to your account.
- Click the My Business button at the top right side of the portal.
- On the left-hand side of the page, click the Payment Info link.
- Next to the Location, click View payment history
- From this screen you can see your previous transaction dates and determine your next billing date
SinglePlatform migrated to a new billing system in 2013. Some customers may find that older transactions do not appear. Please call 866-289-2087 to speak with a Customer Success Specialist who can provide you with your complete payment history.
