How to Find your Next Billing Date

You can login to your SinglePlatform account to find your next billing date!

 
  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click the My Business button at the top right side of the portal.
  3. On the left-hand side of the page, click the Payment Info link.
  4. Next to the Location, click View payment history
  5. From this screen you can see your previous transaction dates and determine your next billing date


SinglePlatform migrated to a new billing system in 2013. Some customers may find that older transactions do not appear. Please call 877-564-8728 to speak with a Customer Success Specialist who can provide you with your complete payment history.
